Thank everyone at sota weight loss in Southlake for everything y’all have helped me with its truly been overwhelming for me to lose over 20 pounds of body fat so far I’ve learned so much about how to eat the right way from at home and restaurants I’ve have so much more energy than i had before coming to sota i truly appreciate y’all help and support and i recommend this program to anyone ho is struggling with losing weight thank all of y’all again Terry Davis

Great staff! Diet is easy to follow. Once you get the hang of mixing and matching the foods and how to fix meals based on the vegetables you like, it’s very easy.

The progress over the first half was amazing. Sometimes I get contradictory advice between some visits; "sure you can add more butter" vs. "you need to cut way back on the butter." The hours of the office are difficult for working professionals. If they opened a little earlier or stayed open a little later, it would be more convenient.
