Great staff, great experience.
All the ladies are very helpful and willing to help. Sometimes they just need to slow down and get the food correct and give us all the sheets to fill out for the week so we don't have to make return trips. Also we don't want to feel like a number, slowing down just a little and making sure you answer all the questions and such will go a long way.
This is a great program with wonderful people. Been in the program for four weeks and have lost twenty two pounds. My knees are feeling better and am able to get back to my workout program. Highly recommend for everyone.
