The staff at SOTA -Southlake are awesome! Very friendly and helpful--I look forward to my Saturday visits. Lost 65 pounds to date--the program works when you decide to let it work. It takes following the plan without deviation. Stay on your scheduled times and eat what you have planned. I'm feeling great and I want everyone to feel like I feel.

I started SOTA in late January of this year (2018). The program is easy to follow and the accountability is great! I followed the program to the letter and lost 59lbs by early April to meet my ideal weight goal. While on the program, I learned how to eat right and evaluate how my body responds to food. Since going on maintenance, I have been able to add lean muscle mass to my body composition and to maintain a healthy weight.
