Just what I needed! The explanation and meal breakdowns , along with the encouragement, was what I needed to take the leap I’ve been trying to take towards a healthier lifestyle.
The first 6 weeks have shown amazing results. The first week is tough but there is good support to get you through it. So far I am down 36 pounds in 6 weeks. I have a long way to go but have no doubt I will get there on the SOTA plan.
The staff has been amazing to give me advice to help me with my sweet cravings and encourage me to try some things that has truly helped me. They are concerned about you and your desire to lose weight and become healthy. Some of the girls have experienced weight lose first hand and they understand what you are going through. You will be welcomed with a smile at the door every time you enter SOTA! What a great feeling.
It was good. I was glad I decided to go back in. Everyone was friendly. I had to wait for a short while. They were waiting for my record to be transferred

Wonderful people! Very helpful! Very excited to get on the path to losing weight! I was a little taken aback with the cost involved, not having been given any idea of the SOTA program or format. Would suggest you offer those searching for info more of an indication of the general cost involved. Other than that, very pleased with the professionalism and courteous customer service provided. Looking forward to seeing the results!!!
