Only been on program three days but so far has been very positive. I am impressed with most of the products and the staff has been great!

The program is working for me. Lost over 20lbs and feeling better about my appearance. The program is a commitment and I have a ways to go but seeing the scale drop helps it’s the motivation. I’m looking forward to the maintenance phase and having a few foods that are off menu for now but they will be all that much better when there’s less of me.
