The Ft. Worth location is awesome, and they are so motivational!
3 weeks into the program and 15 lbs lost. On track to hit goal and go to maintenance. Southlake office rocks.
I really love the ladies working at sota. The program could not be easier to follow and the products are very tasty. The best part is losing 37# and still going. I went from a mens 2xl to a large, like I was in high school. What a program !!!!!!!
Good diet. Only take this diet if you are good with vegetables. Lots of them. You will have good results if you stick with it.

Thanks to Kacee and the wonderful group of ladies at the Southlake location that helped me discover the vitamins I was taking had over 1500 calories a day and over 70 carbs..... thank God for these ladies!!!!! I had asked in the beginning about my vitamins and stayed in Ketosis, but I lost a tiny bit (in two weeks I felt so disappointed) and followed food plan faithfully..... asked again about my vitamins and ran home to get and look up and I was totally in shock as to WHY I COULD NOT LOSE WEIGHT.....God is faithful and Sot... read more
I believe in the SotA Weight loss program! I lost over 50lbs, and am back into clothes that I haven't been able to wear in years. I actually had to take a link out of my watch band! I feel so much better, have more energy, and love eating healthy. Nothing tastes as good as thin and healthy feels! SotA program lowered my metabolic age 25yrs, and I can tell the difference. I have learned how little food I need to be full. I was a pig before SotA! I recommend giving it a try - it'll change your life for the better.
