I truly enjoyed the experience. I was was afraid it would be too difficult to stick with, but the SOTA replacement foods and instruction worked great for me. I rarely found myself hungry and never anything I couldn't deal with. The staff was empathetic, enthusiastic, and educational. I would recommend SOTA to others who are looking for help in their quest for weight loss and a healthier lifestyle.

I got "fed up" being overweight and tired all the time, so I decided to do something (other than complain) about it. I came to the SotA family, and they helped me lose 55lbs! I dropped 4-6 inches off my waist (depending on what clothes I'm wearing), and am back into my old closet that I hoped I would be able to fit into someday.
