So far so good! Just started and so happy to hear the routine is simple and not overly complicated...

The counselors are always smiling, positive and an absolute pleasure to work with each week.
In the 12 weeks on the program, I have lost 55 lbs! Simple plan, just do it and the weight comes off. Staff friendly and helpful in Southlake. Help me through any rough spots.
Everything has been great. The girls in the Southlake location were great to work with. I feel so much better. This is perhaps one of the best things I could have done for myself.
