Life saver!!!! After two weeks of following this system to a tee, with very little weight loss.... I asked again if my vitamins could be making me fat? We looked them all up and I was consuming 1500 calories, 70 carbs and many sugars and that was all before eating a bite of food..... my vitamins were indeed making me fat....thank God we found the source so that I can be successful in eliminating the fat my vitamins have done to my body.
