The staff at Sota are very helpful people. The program could not be easier and it works. I love the supplements they supply and the taste is unbelievable. Barbecue chips taste the way they should and so does the chocolate. The best part is losing 15 lbs. in 9 days. I'm with this program for life and not going back to the old ways. SOTA weightloss works! Not a lot more to say, other than that the staff are very well educated in matters of dietary matters, and always have answers when asked about foods to be eaten or avoided. All the counselors I have had the pleasure of interacting with are former graduates of the program, and are a testament to the success of the SOTA plan. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who is SERIOUS about losing weight.

Food available thru program very limited. Not worth the cost of the program.
