You guys are the best!!
Lol. Weighed in yesterday and digressed 2 pounds but weighed this evening and was 4lbs less than my official weigh in
Everyone is very friendly and helpful
Very nice! So far great results! Very supportive and accommodating!!!
Keep smiling and being positive. Everyone is so warm and friendly. It’s refreshing
The staff at Sota are very helpful people. The program could not be easier and it works. I love the supplements they supply and the taste is unbelievable. Barbecue chips taste the way they should and so does the chocolate. The best part is losing 15 lbs. in 9 days. I'm with this program for life and not going back to the old ways. Thanks for a new start. Jerry
