The phone conference was good, I liked what I heard with one exception the pricing was way more than expected and out of my budget. Frustrated I will not be able to proceed.
I appreciate the information. I don't like to have to pay $25 to find out information about your program. It seems like there would be good follow up throughout the program but it is just too expensive
Our rep rarely saw us. ..pushed us off to other "assistants". Support was virtually non-existent. Foods constantly out of stock. A waste of $6600....very disappointed.
Extend your service to those going through medical and physical issues. Very poor support on the back end
Gained 4 lbs! To continue with SOTA, was told to get back on the plan, which I’m unable to do at this time. :(

Timely response. Knowledgeable team members. Ease of payment. Programmed communication. Customized PDFs mailed promptly received next day with 45 SOTA meal/snack/drink items to sample (some duplicates). Heat during shipping melted a few items. Expensive program (price per week) will exclude some from joining and others from being able to meet their goal. 22 weeks was recommended by my intake coordinator but I could only afford 12 weeks. The weight loss part of the program was great. The products work and I was able to meet and pass my weight goal. The counselors were there to answer questions and provide some suggestions along the way. The maintenance part has not been as supportive. I have gained back half of the weight I have lost. Most information is very general and not specific for my individual problem. The counselors do check in each month and have even offered to check in every two weeks. It’s too expensive and feel like they need to give more information on cost, etc before charging for the initial appointment. Seems very shady. The nutritional advisor seemed to have a talk page for what she was saying. Too bad. I heard great things but seems like all out for money

Your initial appointment with SOTA would typically be a call-in by you to make an appointment. The person answering the phones is not a nutritionist, she makes appointments and manages scheduling.
