My Maintenance visit was Great. Although Blake was new, having recently graduated with a Nutrition Degree, he was very efficient and helpful to me. His kind and supportive manner was reassuring. Every staff member here at the Plano office is really from the Top of the List. They are always greeting me warmly and encouraging for my path of weigh loss and better health. Theresa was the first to Jump Start my program and she has been a constant encouragement as well. Just Great People!!

If you follow the program and take the advice—- you will lose substantial weight… you have to follow the guidelines and cannot stray. I have lost over 50 pounds. I feel better; my doctor is happy and has taken me off some of my meds. It works

If you really want to loose weight, SOTA works as long as you stick with the plan. The program is easy to follow and satisfying. The weekly calls helped me stay focused and accountable. The ladies that helped me were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging, supportive with zero pressure. The program really does work!

I'm 2 weeks in and doing will. Follow the program and you lose weight that simple. Be committed!! Love talking with nutritionist every week and answer questions any time text or call. We love it!!
