This has been a great experience so far, I am well on my way to my goal. After 9 weeks on the program, my weight has dropped dramatically. I weigh what I weighed 20 years ago and don't feel hunger on the plan.

Redcently looked at my pre-program pictures - boy was I fat and ugly! Still in maintenance (for life) and enjoying the slimmer look and health benefits. Exercising daily and learning how to deal with food temptations. Best system ever IMO: RSR

Sota weight loss gave me the accountability I needed to achieve my goal. It takes time and focus to successfully lose weight. Sota helped me maintain the motivation and keep on track to meet my goal.
