Redcently looked at my pre-program pictures - boy was I fat and ugly! Still in maintenance (for life) and enjoying the slimmer look and health benefits. Exercising daily and learning how to deal with food temptations. Best system ever IMO: RSR

Sota weight loss gave me the accountability I needed to achieve my goal. It takes time and focus to successfully lose weight. Sota helped me maintain the motivation and keep on track to meet my goal. I know I needed the encouragement to stick with the plan. The rewards in health, and energy level are well worth it as well as how much I appreciate wearing smaller sizes.
