The staff of SOTA is professional, very informed on practical guidelines and insight on wisdom around nutritional guidelines and standards to operate under. My observation is I have a consistent support team to help me in my on-going journey for wellness living

I am 5 weeks in, and I can say these things: I’ve been supported. The meal plan is clear. I’ve followed it to the letter of the law and have lost a significant amount of weight. And while all of that is so important, here are other things: I sleep better. I don’t have crazy mood swings. I can wake up and don’t go into a tailspin because I can’t figure out what or how much to eat for breakfast. I feel good, my clothes fit, and I actually need some new things.
