You need to be committed, but if you are this works and has been sustainable thus far. Its been 8-9 months and maintaning the original losses.
It works! If you put in the derivation and follow the plan the pounds fall off. Victoria was the support I needed through the process and gave me the motivation to keep going.
Losing weight using SOTA products was structured and simple. Maintenance has been a different story. I really would recommend that when a client reaches maintenance they should be allowed to purchase SOTA products. I cannot find bars, pancake mix, jello, hot chocolate, etc which are tasteful and high protein. Just sayin!
Just started the program and have lost 17 pounds. The weekly chat with my support nutritionist is helpful and positive. I like the foods and suggestions for use are great!
