Today marks a year that I have been on my freedom journey. I began a month before I started SOTA and to this date I’ve let go of 75 pounds! It has been challenging, rewarding, and so worth it. Food is tasty and hits the spot. The nutritionists are super friendly and are quick to reply.
The program is easy to follow. The results have been as described if the program is followed. The phone calls have been on time and brief. The meal replacements have arrived in a timely manner.
