In late January of this year I decided I had enough of a big belly, not to mention high blood pressure of 174/90. I loved my coach, she was great at helping me making through the times when i didn’t lose any pounds. I was three pounds away from y goal, but the heathy eating habits stuck with me. So I continued to try to reach my goal and maintain the weight I have loss. The only negative I have is when you reach your weeks you pay for that’s it! You’re cut faster than anything I seen.

Your electronic signature software does not play well with Apple products. The selection of type fonts on your verbage pages needs to be changed. Studies have shown retention of materials is affected by the print font. I need to read your materials more than once.
The SOTA nutritionist and nurses rate top notch! They carefully go over my diet weekly to insure optimal weight loss. They are very positive and won’t let me give up. The plan is great for my busy schedule. I am staying on this train until I arrive at the gate!!!!
