Back in October 2017, I rushed my cat to this animal hospital. One that I have brought him to in the past for a previous injury and they were extremely helpful and kind to him. This time around my cat was not able to Urinate or Poop which I was worried and wanted to bring him back to a place where they had record of his previous injury. There's something wrong with these people... I set the appt and asked the price of the consultation plus blood ex for my dog, etimated $110 - during consultation dr JESSICA CEPERO recognizes a skin condition and tells me what to do, medication and shampoo, etc. and leaves, while assistants do the rest, and she sends someone to collect skin from my dog, without asking me permission to do so - and I am right there, but the doctor never comes back! Had a horrible experience today with them after being a loyal client for several years as well as sending all of my clients there. The most money hungry people I ever met after already spending hundreds of dollars with past few months. What ever happened to customer loyalty. They r your "friends" until they screw you over and don't care.
