There's something wrong with these people... I set the appt and asked the price of the consultation plus blood ex for my dog, etimated $110 - during consultation dr JESSICA CEPERO recognizes a skin condition and tells me what to do, medication and shampoo, etc. and leaves, while assistants do the rest, and she sends someone to collect skin from my dog, without asking me permission to do so - and I am right there, but the doctor never comes back! Had a horrible experience today with them after being a loyal client for several years as well as sending all of my clients there. The most money hungry people I ever met after already spending hundreds of dollars with past few months. What ever happened to customer loyalty. They r your "friends" until they screw you over and don't care.
