I think Dr. Marten is an excellent Doctor and my husband and I would often refer others to this clinic. I had a cataract removed on my right eye and she will now do the left one. It has always been very pleasant experience.
RecommendedEveryone was very nice. Only down fall is the wait to get a Dr's appointment is long. I had to wait about 4 months for an appointment. So if your not in a hurry then it's a great place.
I had cataract surgery where they removed the lens and put an artificial lens in. Dr. Marten also did a second procedure where she broke up the cloudiness in my eyes. I have a lot of confidence in her abilities. She is very nice and thorough. I am happy she helped me see more clearly. I am also very happy with the service because they help me continue to improve my vision and I don't have wear glasses 24/7. It improved my ability to see so I don't have to have glasses for my driving test, which was my end goal.
My mother and I came to South Texas Eye Institute for a cataract surgery. Dr. Marten is very good because she explains everything. All of the staff are very nice and courteous. Vision is crystal clear after cataract surgery. My mom can see the TV better too.
I received eye exam check ups, glaucoma care, and keeping up with the cataract progression. I felt like they have been very thorough and very professional. I love the notifications they send in regards to your appointment for the week before, day before etc. via text. I would recommend South Texas Eye Institute to others.
My primary physician suggested that we come here. Dr. Marten's care is very good and so are her assistants. I came here because my mom Angelina had cataract surgery and can see far away and before she couldn't in one of my eyes.
