RecommendedI was terrified at first of getting prk. Everything was very simple. Dr. Marten did the procedure very efficiently and the procedure went just as she described it. Follow-up care went smoothly as well. I am very happy with it.
Technicians are very good and always do a good job.I came with my mother for her yearly exam and I am a patient too for yearly exam along with my wife who is treated for diabetes. .
They answered all questions in a friendly manner and calmed me throughout the lasik process. There were no hidden costs and everything that was explained to me was explained to me honestly and clearly with no catch. Myrandah, the lasik coordinator, even provoded me with a teddy bear. Dr. Marten went out of her way with customer service when she called to check on how I was doing after my lasik surgery, which is pretty cool too.
The first thing I noticed was the colors were so vivid almost like he and this morning I could see from a distance which I never could before! I thought the process is very fast. I inquired about it one week and the next week I was able to get it done which worked with my schedule.I just had a wonderful experience and would recommend it to anyone interested in LASIK . Everything went well and wasn't as scary as I thought. My son had lasik here too before and was very happy.
Dr. Marten is doing a visual screening study for seeing how stem cells helps with neuropathy and my foot ulcer. I was referred here by my study and endocrinologist. I think the staff are friendly and kind. They answer my questions in a tactful way so I don't freak out. It makes me feel more comfortable to ask more questions and not feel overwhelmed.
I would recommend South Texas Eye Institute to others based off of my visit coming for a general eye exam. My time with technicians was good and the front staff too. I am also looking into getting LASIK.
It's my second time seeing the doctor for an eye exam. Front staff are extremely friendly and technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. Not only is the staff of a caliber of which is difficult to reach by any other facility but the doctors are even better. I definitely recommend South Texas Eye Institute to others.
I have been here before for my yearly exam. It has been my 4th time seeing Dr. Marten. She is very thorough and she explains everything well. It is a friendly environment and has improved a lot since I started coming here. The referral process is smoother. I would recommend Dr. Marten to others looking for eye care.
