A+++ We purchased a new Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid from Spartanburg Toyota, and I can easily say this was by far the easiest new vehicle purchase I have ever made. My initial purchase was made online as the vehicle was "inbound inventory" and not yet in stock. Tony Jackson (our sales representative) was great to work with, he kept me up to date on the status of the vehicle, and when it arrived we worked out the pickup date, he sent me a video of the new vehicle as soon as it arrived. Gray Williams was my service advisor and I appreciate how professional he was. He helped me pick out new tires for my SUV and gave me the specifics for each brand. While the technician installed the new tires and did maintenance on my vehicle, Gray checked with me several times to update me on what was going on. I really appreciated that.
