I had a very good experience with Spartanburg Toyota. All the buying process was very smooth. They pick me up at the airport and Ed help me with the car features. The 2023 new Tundra is a wonderful truck. I love it. Thanks everyone from Spartanburg Toyota. I high recommend!!

Best car buying experience I have had. Everyone was very quick and efficient, they gave me more than I expected for my trade in and they were very straightforward on their prices and what you're getting for your money. Anyone who wants a toyota should go to Spartanburg Toyota. They're the best dealer in the area in my opinion. Spartanburg Toyota helped us order the Rav I wanted with the specific things I wanted. BUT, We are not happy at all with the time it took when we came to pick up the car. They ordered the car for me & put in the leather seats I wanted. I had my own financing arranged. It should not have took 3 hours to sign paperwork once we arrived at the dealership. From beginning to end, I had five star customer service at Spartanburg Toyota! They were fair in their prices and negotiation, honest with the paperwork and easy to work with!
