I had an excellent experience, but my car didn’t come with floor mats and I wish i it did. I was hoping they would throw some in considering I got a brand new . Overall it was great and everyone was extremely nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Spartanburg Toyota to anyone. If I ever need another vehicle this would be my first stop!
Chris was very clear and very informative in explaining to me on problem with my van and what are needed to resolve the issues. when I got my van back, it ran better noticeably. I am satisfied with the service provided to me.
