RecommendedI had an excellent experience, but my car didn’t come with floor mats and I wish i it did. I was hoping they would throw some in considering I got a brand new . Overall it was great and everyone was extremely nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Spartanburg Toyota to anyone. If I ever need another vehicle this would be my first stop!

RecommendedI traded vehicles and drove from out of town. It was worth the drive because I felt like we got a better trade deal than at the dealerships where I live. Everyone we dealt with was excellent and easy to work with from Ben Yoo the salesman to Josh in finance, even the sales manager was great to talk to. Loving my nearly new 4 Runner. My initial purchase was made online as the vehicle was "inbound inventory" and not yet in stock. Tony Jackson (our sales representative) was great to work with, he kept me up to date on the status of the vehicle, and when it arrived we worked out the pickup date, he sent me a video of the new vehicle as soon as it arrived.
