This is the best rental management company I have worked with to date. Garrett ****** was phenomenal and timely with his responses and getting our approval done. Brenda in the office is so nice and professional and has taken care of me immediately each time I have contacted her. We have had a wonderful experience with Real Property Mgmt. They helped us get into our rental property quickly and easily. The receptionist on site was amazing helpful and very kind. Anytime I need to speak to anyone, I receive a call back within 30 minutes. I am looking forward to continuing to work with the company over the next year.

Specialized property management have been very friendly and helpful. I had to move from out of state and needed a place sight unseen. They were very accommodating to my needs. When I arrived there were a few items that required attention, but they were very responsive and took care of our concerns. I would recommend their service and would be happy to do business with them in the future.

I've been renting for 3 years now and have never had a process go smoother than this! Being able to view the properties without having to wait on a realtor or owner was a breeze!
