Zach @ Spooners is awesome. He listened to what I was experiencing in my shoulder and arm and together we developed a treatment plan that is really working and sustainable to avoid surgery. Dry needling changed the game for me and I recommend it to anyone who has tried multiple treatment modalities and not seeing the results you want. And of course, Zach is your guy for treatment.

Brad and Page spent about an hour evaluating, but in that hour, they hit the nerve, literally, worked it, heated it, explained it, and when it was done, I could walk freely!!! And that's only the beginning!!! So happy! Thank you, both, kindly, for so caring + throrough professional treatment. Nice, too, is to see the way the office team imcluding Kathryn and Emily worked together.

I am seeing Torrey for my torn ACL. He is clearly knowledgeable, personable and invested in helping me achieve my goal to avoid surgery. My knee is better with each visit and I am truly grateful for the amazing care I am receiving here!

I've been working with Brian from Spooner Scottsdale as a virtual client for the past six months. He has been an incredible help for me in achieving my fitness goals. Brian was super thoughtful, considerate, and supportive as a virtual trainer - I can only imagine how great he would be for his in-person clients. Highly recommend him for anyone looking to jump higher, get stronger, or pull off anything they didn't think they were capable of.

Having just completed physical therapy for my second knee replacement, I can attest to the professional and personalized care provided by both Dr. Krista Zelizney and Haley Strachan at the Desert Cove-Scottsdale facility. I found their rehabilitation plan and their kindness in implementing it enabled me to continually progress without feeling like they were platoon sergeants. They were always encouraging and at the end of my physical therapy, they provided me with an exercise plan to continue improving the strength of my mus... read more

I switched to Spooner 4 months post ACL reconstruction and I'm so happy I did. The first day I walked in, I was in amazed with how upbeat the clinic was and knew this was going to be the perfect clinic for me. The staff is kind, are all motivating and happy to be there. I am so grateful to be working with Torrey and his assistant Alexa. He took the time to ask questions about my whole ACL journey up to that point, explained my issues in detail and how we were going to fix it. His confidence to get my knee moving without anot... read more

The only problem is that THERE IS NO SIGN on the building! It is extremely hard to find and parking is a bitch! Yes there is a sticker on the front door and on the window facing the street. 5 star to my PT and technician.

I really like this place. Especially Kayleigh the physical therapist is very professional and knows all the pressure points and works very patiently with all her patients.
