They don't answer phones so I went for 360 in Scotsdale. 2nd knee surgery and was looking for a place local.
I would rate zero stars if I could but then I doubt YELP would post. Please never use for pediatric therapy. We've been to multiple locations, but this is by far their worst location for pediatrics. Two of my children were evaluated for specific injuries/issues, and instead of PT for those specific recoveries and strength/stretch/support, they had my kids doing work outs. Put them on the treadmill, sit ups, push ups, planks, burpees. One of my sons was there for Severs disease and they didn't do any stretching, massage, reco... read more
Hard pass. Physician referred me to 15225 N 40th St location, over 11 miles from my home. Called right away to make an appointment. Call center seemed to be contractors; wasn't great. First available appointment is over 6 weeks out & early morning. Appt day finally arrives. I drive the 11 mi in Monday morning commute traffic, an over 30min drive. On arrival, Receptionist says, "I just called you. Your appointment is cancelled." (Allegedly, therapist had a last-minute family emergency.) Now another 35 min 11-mi drive in city-... read more
This one star is for the front desk for being unhelpful. Came here for my neck pain therapy. The first day of evaluation was wonderful, everything went well and I couldn't wait to come back for more. Unfortunately on my second day of visit which was four days later; a different front desk girl started asking me about my payment. I was like, what payment? When I spoke on the phone to make my first appointment, one of the front desk girls told me that my insurance will cover for all of my visits. Why didn't you explain ... read more
I recommend avoiding Spooner Physical Therapy under all circumstances..... especially if you are a senior citizen. Post neck surgery I was recommended to initiate my physical therapy at Spooner. The physical therapists were knowledgeable and did assist me in my recovery but the nightmare began when dealing with the Spooner Physical therapy accounting department. I had supplied Spooner with all the relevant information and documentation showing that I had met all of my deductibles due to the extensive (major surgery) I had ju... read more
I would not go back here I had a knee replacement and the therapy I got was not good it was very painful especially with sarge and I still have problems with bending my knee today it is always swollen and doesn't move as good as my other knee replacement done in another state with a different therapy place I have full motion with that one
While getting PT for hamstring reattachment surjury from Spooner Health I was burned by their tens machine. Already having a very painfuil leg Spooner Health burned two holes in the back of my numb thigh. Their insurance company VGM pasted my information to SH's attorneys... When I arrived at my first appointment, there were numerous people in the waiting area. I told the front desk that I was paying out of pocket since my insurance didn't cover my physical therapy appointments. The front desk person said that she could not tell me how much my appointments would be. Over the course of several weeks different people worked with me, which was interesting since I had asked to try to work with one because of consistency with the Therapy and so the same person would be familiar with the work towards ... read more
I can't speak for the actual physical therapist because I have only dealt with them professionally for credentialing. The credentialing staff in provider enrollment that they have are very immature and unprofessional. They would always call with an attitude for information, and if they didn't like the answer they would hang up. Then, call back and if they got the same person they would just keep hanging up on them. They would make insults calling our Staff stupid, worhtless etc. I mean every time they would call no matter ho... read more
