Had a great experience rehabbing from a car accident injury.....Paul and David (the PT Team at Scottsdale) took great care of me and helped me get back in working order in only 6 weeks. The equipment was top notch at the gym, amenities were nice, and location was very close to home.
After two car accidents in under a year, my neck and back were in pretty terrible shape. I've been to Spooner after each accident, and after the standard 8-12 weeks of treatment, I felt like my young spunky self again. The first accident was a T-Bone on my passenger side, and my neck was all funky and hurting. Ryne massaged, manipulated and exercised my neck and shoulders back into pre-accident shape. I have been in the medical field as a Credentialist for 42 years now. This is NOT how to treat new patients - Front office believes SPOONER has too much money, so no need to treat patients with respect. 1st it took me 2 months to get an appointment. When I made the appt I told Nadia that it was impossible for me to get to the office at 5:00 as I got off at 4:30 and the office is at least 30 minutes away. do not expect to be able to get scheduled for therapy at this location. the constant excuse of being sooo busy gets old really fast.
They don't answer phones so I went for 360 in Scotsdale. 2nd knee surgery and was looking for a place local.
I would rate zero stars if I could but then I doubt YELP would post. Please never use for pediatric therapy. We've been to multiple locations, but this is by far their worst location for pediatrics. Two of my children were evaluated for specific injuries/issues, and instead of PT for those specific recoveries and strength/stretch/support, they had my kids doing work outs. Hard pass. Physician referred me to 15225 N 40th St location, over 11 miles from my home. Called right away to make an appointment. Call center seemed to be contractors; wasn't great. First available appointment is over 6 weeks out & early morning. Appt day finally arrives. I drive the 11 mi in Monday morning commute traffic, an over 30min drive. This one star is for the front desk for being unhelpful. Came here for my neck pain therapy. The first day of evaluation was wonderful, everything went well and I couldn't wait to come back for more. Unfortunately on my second day of visit which was four days later; a different front desk girl started asking me about my payment. I was like, what payment?
