I've been working with Brian from Spooner Scottsdale as a virtual client for the past six months. He has been an incredible help for me in achieving my fitness goals. Brian was super thoughtful, considerate, and supportive as a virtual trainer - I can only imagine how great he would be for his in-person clients. Highly recommend him for anyone looking to jump higher, get stronger, or pull off anything they didn't think they were capable of.
Having just completed physical therapy for my second knee replacement, I can attest to the professional and personalized care provided by both Dr. Krista Zelizney and Haley Strachan at the Desert Cove-Scottsdale facility. I switched to Spooner 4 months post ACL reconstruction and I'm so happy I did. The first day I walked in, I was in amazed with how upbeat the clinic was and knew this was going to be the perfect clinic for me. The staff is kind, are all motivating and happy to be there. The only problem is that THERE IS NO SIGN on the building! It is extremely hard to find and parking is a bitch! Yes there is a sticker on the front door and on the window facing the street. 5 star to my PT and technician.
I really like this place. Especially Kayleigh the physical therapist is very professional and knows all the pressure points and works very patiently with all her patients.
I recently saw 2 different therapists at Spooner for my wrist injury. They were both great and I would rate them 5 stars. I recently called to inquire about therapy for my knee. I have to say, I was surprised and shocked at Spooner's new payment protocols that were explained to me over the phone. Obviously, my injury requires a certain amount of time in treatment. Where to begin... I always heard nothing other than great things about Spooner. Being in the medical field myself and continuous referrals outside the practice P.T. was on the high side of referrals and with that comes honest patients. Always a positive word.
