Cory Fairbanks Mazda is WONDERFUL!! Every time that I have been in the dealership, be it buying my car or the two times it has been in for service I know everything will be done right. I recently had the windows tinted and it looks AMAZING Cory Fairbanks Mazda did a wonderful job. Everyone there is always super friendly and very easy to talk to. Would recommend them to anyone, especially David Mitchell, he really made buying a car a fun process, and really went above and beyond.
My Mazda 3 Every time I have been to the dealership for service of my my Mazda, I always have excellent service. I especially credit the great customer service to Bill Brumbaugh, he not only makes sure the job is done right also to my satisfaction. The new waiting room is nice and I don't mind waiting a little longer for my car to be serviced. Oh and I like that my car gets detailed after the service as well. Keep up the great work Cory Fairbanks : )
Good service, clean waiting room, fast appointments. The service crew is fast, I get the appointments I want and the waiting room is clean and stocked with water, coffee and snacks. I drive out of my way to this dealer versus others that are closer because they are efficient.

New car experience Zack was awesome. He explained everything and I got into a car with payments I could afford. And my wife Angie got what she wanted in this car. Sunroof and good sound system. We are pleased with the gas mileage also
Routine maintenance Great experience, took car in for check engine light and dealer found other issues which I was unaware of (bad cv axle). Great service, very friendly and fast.
