Service department is great Came in for an oil change and they gave me a free car wash which was great. Richard gave me top dollar for my trade because I service the car there. Thanks to sales and service for making me feel like family!
They made it easy. I hate shopping for a new care because it takes forever but not at Cory Fairbanks. I told them what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. It took just a few minutes and we had a couple of vehicles to compare. Once I picked one the rest was fast and easy. BIG thanks to Richard and the crew at Cory Fairbanks. I have sent them several people and every one of them was well treated and happy.
Farouk finance director will take care of you Had a few issues with the sale BUT Farouk finance director took care of me very satisfied with the way things turned out , filled my tank several times David Mitchell hooked me up as well . Detailed the car and will come back in the future .
Cory fair banks Had a few bad experiences , overall turned out ok. A lot of stress buying a car in general I hope everyone gets treated fairly with the best deal possible , consumers need to widen up in general and fight for the best deal.
Nice experience! Everyone was very professional and friendly. Did not feel pressured by my salesman Jose Ramos. Willie Wright was a pleasure to deal with. Once all the paperwork was completed and they handed me the keys I was escorted by a young woman who went over all the functions of my new car. Overall experience was positive!!

I had been putting off buying a new car for as long as possible, but after arriving at the dealership I was set at ease immediately. Jose was very helpful in my search for the vehicle I wanted. He was knowlegeable about the prices and kinds of vehicles available on the lot. He greeted me right away when I arrived on the lot and made me feel welcome. When we found the vehicle I was looking for, he explained the options and features. Overall, it was a good buying experience.
