Great experience from the first phone call to driving home in my new CX-5. The internet department at Cory Fairbanks Mazda is the best. They had every color and model of the CX-5. I went to the 2 other dealers in Orlando but they had a very limited selection. Thanks to everyone; I really love my new Mazda and the MPG is amazing. My brother will be in on Tuesday to see Richard about a Mazda 3.

I had a great experience when my husband and I walked into the dealership while our car was in the shop not knowing if we were going to have a car. The customer service and quality received at Cory Fairbanks Mazda is top notch. I have yet to have any issues with anything and most of all the employees are helpful and honest!! I have also since used the service department which is also excellent. Cory Fairbanks will do what it takes and then some.
From the moment I walked in the door at Cory Fairbanks Mazda Fred, John and Juan were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They allowed me to explain my situatiion and they informed me of my options and worked with me to find the right car for me at the right price. It was a wonderful experience and I will spread the word to all that I come in contact with of my positive experience.

Jose made my purchased decision a great experience. This is my second Mazda 6 and l love this one more than the first. I found that Rod Golden was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He made multiple suggestions based on my requirements and I was very happy with the end results. I am also happy with the way the dealership worked with me so that we came to a happy business conclusion. I would buy from them again.
This is a typical dealership, took long time for the process. We even had the vehicle picked out before we got there. But we were set on the CX-9 and there only 2 Mazda dealers in the area. We hate the holler/ classic dealerships, so we haveno choice without driving over an hour away.
