The negotiation and purchase process was was very professional and timely; however, it took an extremely long time to reach the financing stage. I went to this dealership with a very strict budget, thinking I couldn't possibly leave with a car. Kevin ran around in 95 degree heat to find me the car I was looking for and made sure I got it within my budget. This was the most positive experience I've ever had at a dealership.
I gave it a Good only because the service technicians missed a couple of items that I paid for. However the Service Representative, Anne Davis got involved and took care of the oversight.
