I purchased my new SkyActiv Mazda 3 from Cory Fairbanks Mazda two months ago. I had been waiting for the SkyActiv and was so excited to finally be able to test drive the car I had been reading so much about. Amazing salesman. I usually hate shopping for a car but Richard made it a great experience from start to finish. I love my hardtop Miata and will t.ell everyone I know to call Richard if they are looking for a great car. I love the service department as well. They have a shuttle that took me to work while I had my oil changed. Thanks to all my new friends to Cory Fairbanks Mazda!
Although I did not buy a car at this establishment, I have to state that the sales staff were very nice and professional. I went to purchase a car, and found that it was not affordable (in my budget). However, the staff at Cory Fairbanks went above and beyond to try and help me find what I was looking for. Unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for, but I would purchase a vehicle from this dealership just because they have ethical business practices!
My rating reflects the excellent service I received from Michael. He went above and beyond that of his position at Cory Fairbanks Mazda to make sure that as a customer I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. Eliezer Perez and Cory Fairbanks Mazda were excellent to deal with. Eliezer was friendly, added no pressure to the sale and worked with us via email and phone prior to our visit to the dealer. He also worked with us at the dealer to make sure we were happy with the overall experience. We would recommend Eliezer to new customers.
There was quality customer service from when we walked in the door. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. We were able to take a test drive, get all our questions answered, have a tour of the dealership, meet the service dept, speedy financing, and the car was delivered clean and with a full tank of gas.
My wife and I believe to God be the Glory.We were in need of a vehicle and did'nt have the best of credit. We had given our current vehicle to our son who was in need. when we walked onto the lot we were suprised at the friendliness of the staff. they put no pressure on us to buy. It took us 5 hours to buy a car. We were repeatedly told 5 more minutes by our salesman. We were seated in a noisy showroom on hard plastic chairs and never offered a beverage even. From 2 - 7 PM. All male salesmen who have their delaying tactics down to a dance. I would never buy a toothpick from these slippery people again. Beware!
