We loved staying here! It was my second stay and this time my husband got to come with me. Christian's place is perfect in every way. We loved sitting on the balcony drinking our coffee looking out over the river and watching the locals walk by. The kitchen has just about everything needed to cook any meal. Ohio is definitely underrated, and New Richmond is a sweet spot in this beautiful state. Christian's place is amazing. You won't regret staying here. This place is stellar!! Most definitely a five star stay!! We travel a lot for our son's medical needs, we stay in lots of hotels and vacation rentals, and this one had 0 disappointments! Clean, well decorated, inviting, comfortable, and the town is lovely.
What a great experience! The apartment was fantastic, as was the neighborhood. Walkable and great little coffee spot just a block away. Christian was immediately responsive and very helpful. Thank you!!!

I loved staying here! The view is beautiful and walking along the river was so peaceful. The little town is quiet and quaint. The sourdough bread from Wholly Beans Coffee just a half block up the road was amazing! River Village Shoppe was another hidden gem that I found on a stroll through the town. I ate almost all my meals outside on the balcony and enjoyed the ducks and geese that were all along the riverfront. I will definitely stay here whenever I come to the Cincinnati area.

The Springer House welcomes you with a bright, living area with high ceilings and plenty of sitting options. Beds were extremely comfortable. Bathroom and shower were pretty standard. Kitchen area offered ample room and all necessary supplies. We didn't have much time for the town, but there were several good local food options. Festival with stands lining Front street ruined the town's charm for the weekend, but this certainly is not the norm. Booked for a guys trip to see a concert at Riverbend. We could not have been more impressed. Literally everyone commented on how great of a find this was. The whole area is walkable with shops and a small park accross the street. It looks out right over the river which is absolutely amazing. We lucked out and their happened to be a festival going on with fireworks we could watch from the balcony. 10/10
