This is a great place to spend a weekend or longer with a group of friends or family. The space is a nice mix of old and new with plenty of space and well throughout our decorating. It's located at the center of the local downtown area right by the river and there's plenty of great restaurants and shops a few minutes walk away. Definitely a great place to stay if you're in the area and/or want to explore a peaceful small town.
Great space! Only stayed for a short time, however would book again!
This was my first time using Airbnb. Christian’s place was easy to find, very well maintained and walkable to a few restaurants and only a short drive to local businesses. But most of all it was close to my dad and the view was amazing! I’ll definitely be back to visit soon!

Christian’s apartment was fantastic! The location was wonderful with beautiful views of the river. There were great places to eat and listen to live music all within a few short steps. The balcony offered a great place to relax and take in all the views. The apartment was extremely clean and well stocked and Christian responded within minutes to any questions we had. Would highly recommend!!
This space was everything! Gorgeous loft apartment, beautifully designed, quiet, loved the balcony overlooking the river, had everything we needed, clean, spacious and very communicative host. The coffee shop is right across the road and has delicious beverages and hot breakfast options. We will be back! We stayed with 2 adults, 2 teens and 2 older kids. I also loved that there was a tea kettle and lots of tea offerings in the second kitchenette! Thank you, Christian!
Charming building, living space, neighborhood and vibe! I would have missed even knowing about New Richmond and the convenience to the Cincinnati area had it not been for the Airbnb. I will make it a go-to for my occasional travels to the area for business.

After growing up in the area, and returning for a visit, it was great to see the revitalization of the riverfront area. The apartment was beautiful, and exactly what the pictures showed. Christian was always responsive to our messages, as we had flight delays. The area is absolutely charming and having restaurants to walk to was great with a 4 year old in tow. Thanks Andrea, New Richmond is definitely on the rise. Many of us are working to make New Richmond a destination. With the big music venue coming next year and the Liberty Landing project approved by the state we are just beginning.

Thanks Judy, the property is the centerpiece for the town. I am proud to own it. It was a destination hotel for steamboat travelers back in the day when the Ohio River was a method of mass transit.
We really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Spacious enough for us to hang out, eat, and sleep. Balcony was great. Appreciated the small extra touches like coffee/tea stations, and toiletries! Totally enjoyed the river view! And the park across the street! Would definitely stay again.
