Great place. Had everything we needed. Christian was very helpful providing step by step process for check in and check out.
This air b and b was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. I like that they had a few board games and parking was included. Christian had recommended a beautiful rooftop bar and i highly recommend going there!
this place was so cute! the area was very quiet and peaceful even with the music and people around. would definitely recommend, and will be staying again soon.
My brother and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and well-decorated. The furniture and beds were comfy. We felt very at-home.
The Springer House is a magnificent building. We felt like we had the V.I.P. Penthouse of Front Street. the balcony was excellent for sipping coffee in the morning with a great view of the river. This Air BnB was worth every cent. The historic feel with modern amenities makes for a very comfortable and fun living experience. I would love to come back to this Air BnB someday. We had an absolute blast in the Springer House.
We spent Labor Day weekend at Springer House and had the best time! Communication with Christian was great as he was quick to respond at checkin/checkout and offered advice about the local boat ramp which was very helpful (ramp is an easy walk from the Airbnb btw.) They had everything we needed for our stay, we loved the details that made the place unique, and the balcony with river views was very peaceful! We can’t wait to stay again when we make our way back to New Richmond!

A beautiful older building. Updated kitchen and living room. Wonderful view and charming town full of sights and quaint restaurants.
Great little find close to the city. We were able to visit our son at NKU with ease. Has all the amenities and surroundings for a peaceful getaway. We will definitely be staying again when we pass through.
