What a lovely historic building ! Everything was exactly as described. Spacious and bright with everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend. The Master bed was amazingly comfortable with clean white bedding , we did not use the bunks but they appeared to also be good quality. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony watching the river and enjoying some people watching. The local restaurants were enjoyable with friendly service and good choice of food. Christian had this place put together and it was perfect! The view is amazing and the little details were well thought out. Everything was provided! It amazes me how well Christian had the place stocked and the building and decor was perfect. GREAT Value!!!
Hospitality was great! Fun and friendly neighborhood. Enjoyed the history along the river. East access into Cincinnati. Highly recommend Springer House for your next trip.
This is a great place to spend a weekend or longer with a group of friends or family. The space is a nice mix of old and new with plenty of space and well throughout our decorating. It's located at the center of the local downtown area right by the river and there's plenty of great restaurants and shops a few minutes walk away. Definitely a great place to stay if you're in the area and/or want to explore a peaceful small town.
Great space! Only stayed for a short time, however would book again!
This was my first time using Airbnb. Christian’s place was easy to find, very well maintained and walkable to a few restaurants and only a short drive to local businesses. But most of all it was close to my dad and the view was amazing! I’ll definitely be back to visit soon!

Christian’s apartment was fantastic! The location was wonderful with beautiful views of the river. There were great places to eat and listen to live music all within a few short steps. The balcony offered a great place to relax and take in all the views. The apartment was extremely clean and well stocked and Christian responded within minutes to any questions we had. Would highly recommend!!
