The Springer House welcomes you with a bright, living area with high ceilings and plenty of sitting options. Beds were extremely comfortable. Bathroom and shower were pretty standard. Kitchen area offered ample room and all necessary supplies. We didn't have much time for the town, but there were several good local food options. Booked for a guys trip to see a concert at Riverbend. We could not have been more impressed. Literally everyone commented on how great of a find this was. The whole area is walkable with shops and a small park accross the street. It looks out right over the river which is absolutely amazing. We lucked out and their happened to be a festival going on with fireworks we could watch from the balcony. 10/10

Christian was a super friendly, easy, nice host. Textbook example of all that you hope a host should be. Wonderful place to stay from top to bottom and all sides from left to right included. We stayed there for 2 nights with our long-time friends to just marvel at the Mighty Ohio River. Timeless, ancient, and indivisible about everything great about America. Christian’s place was nicely remodeled and comfortable for our family of five. We especially enjoyed the board games provided. The only suggestion I have is that the bathroom could use some remodeling. Overall, I would recommend this place.

This place was amazing! A great place near the river yet away from the busy city. The house itself was comfortable and made for a great weekend getaway. Our favorite part was the balcony! Christian was a great host!

Great find! Peaceful private get away with modern conveniences. Well equipped, well maintained, great value "home" away from home. Walkable to restaurants and shops right on the riverfront. Accessible to Greater Cincinnati. Historic building and district. A Gem of Air BnB!

Christian’s place was very pretty and comfortable to stay in! We were there for a short time to visit friends and attend a wedding, and this place was a good location and had beautiful surroundings. We intend to use it again!

This was the CUTEST apartment and area! You can walk downstairs to 3 different restaurants, antique store and beautiful river setting. Super clean, easy access and great communication! Highly recommend.
