We loved the location not too far from all attractions in Cincinnati. Loved the area the apartment is located we had a parking space reserved for us. Apartment was very nice updated appliances,very clean. Air conditioning worked really good . We loved the restaurant in the downtown area easy to walk to and we meet a few locals. They are fixing up the downtown area,we were able to walk down to the Ohio River to do a little fishing and look for old bottles.Great place to stay. We will stay there again on our next visit .
I can’t recommend Christian’s place enough. It was such a unique space and perfect for our family of 4 staying for 1 night. We had trouble with the code getting into the unit and Christian called immediately and reset the code and we got right in. Fantastic experience and we will definitely stay again if we are in town.
Wow! We loved our stay! it's a beautiful building with wonderful history. Rooms were clean and welcoming. Christian was very nice and helped us when our code didn't work, he responded quickly and got us in. Would recommend!
Christian communicated well and frankly told us that construction is happening and we might hear noise. I appreciated the honest warning. Though we wished for a balcony view of the river, we were happy with the apartment. It was clean and neat. No complaints from us.
Christian was very responsive and quick to help out when we needed accommodations. This was our first time in Ohio, and we wanted to find a private place with a good location, and we lucked out finding this place. Would highly recommend.
This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Springer house. It is always a beautiful place, clean, quiet, walkable and everyone is friendly. I like that it’s close to my family when I come visit. Thank you again for a wonderful place to stay for a week!

This apartment was beautifully curated. The view of the Ohio River was incredible from the windows in the living room. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning/heating splits in the bedroom and living room ensured perfect temperatures were maintained. The surroundings facilitate an elevated experience.
Perfect spot to walk to local food and bars. Clean, more gorgeous than pictures, beautiful view. Would stay again easily.
