Our family had an in person tour and we thought the lady giving the tour was very nice and sweet and made us feel very comfortable. Compared to another facility we toured, this one is much more upscale and fancier. It has a nice gym and a nice pool

I enjoy living at Pacifica because they keep me engaged through various activities and entertainment. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They always come to help when needed. We watch lovely movies every night!
