Salesman was extremely personable and explained various aspects of the community in detail. She was understanding of my father's situation and provided various options, including legal referral which may be needed for reference.
We toured Pacifica Senior Living Sunrise during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This facility was nice and the atmosphere was good. I liked the quad set up, however the rooms were a little bit too small.
We had a lovely tour. Our guide was very helpful and informative. She answered all of our questions.
Facility was warm and inviting. The staff was very knowledgeable. The residents were participating in activities. My mom was impressed with the tour.

Our family had an in-person tour with Pacifica Senior Living Sunrise and overall we thought the community and tour was nice but it was just not going to be the best fit for our loved one at that time.
