Not only is this woman superbly well versed in the lending industry, she is extremely compassionate, devoted, and goes WAY above and beyond to confidently execute her skills. Stacia came strongly recommended and created a dream team of creative, knowledgeable, and motivated women to close my deal. Stacia was very helpful in patiently explaining, re-explaining, and guiding me through my first home-buying experience, which was very unconventional, to say the least. We didn't close on time, but by no fault of these gals. In fact, Stacia used personal funds and spare time on several occasions, including Mother's Day weekend and her partner's birthday, to help with repairs to bring the home to a satisfactory category for the bank to approve our loan. After two weeks of hard work, long nights, and plenty of two-hour round trips, we successfully passed the re-inspection with flying colors, and closed on a beautiful eight-acre farm! Stacia was kind and understanding through some very frustrating moments, and always gave me peace of mind, while also being extremely honest and upfront throughout the whole process. She is very diligent about communication, attention to detail, and deadlines, and navigated issues with ease and professionalism, which I definitely can't say the same for the home's listing agent or the title and escrow company. I would very highly recommend Stacia for your lending needs, and will continue to work with her in the future for other opportunities!

I think Stacia is a financial genius. She comes up with financing ideas and I believe she can help almost anyone to achieve their goal. Would defiantly recommend her and her crew.
