I can't say thank you enough to Stacia. Not only was she on top of things and got things done quickly. She was very personable, extremely nice, and kept me informed the whole way. She was also very easy to get in contact with and responded quickly with any questions I had. She explained everything in detail and never made me feel like my questions were dumb. I will never work with anyone else! We had a couple bumps in the road towards the end of closing on our first home and saying Stacia worked hard to get our loan approved is an understatement. She communicates so efficiently, goes above and beyond for her clients and is an absolute joy to work with! We've already recommended her to friends and family!
She was friendly and professional throughout the time we worked with her. When a tricky situation came up near our closing, Stacia was on top of it. She was proactive and resourceful, and we were able to close on time in spite of last minute bumps in the road.
On closing day, we had some problems with our local bank being able to process a wire transfer from our previous bank back in WY. Stacia went above and beyond to contact our local bank and made sure that this wire transfer was accepted so we could move into our new house that day. We would totally recommend Stacia to anyone that needs a lender. She was a true pleasure to work with throughout this whole experience.
