Hi Linda, thank you for the review. The fees were not higher, in fact they were lower remember we were getting credits from the appraisal company, I added additional credits. It was the fact that the loan amount was a couple thousand lower than what we hoped. The over all costs were lower than what was quoted :) You were such a wonderful client!! And so amazing especially when we all could have lost our patience having to wait 21 days past the due date for the appraisal!!

Stacia is very dedicated to closing your loan as soon as possible. She is always avalible to answer texts. This is the second time we used Stacia. The first was to purchase our home. Stacia worked very hard to get us in our home. Today we refinanced taking 5 years off our loan, got cash for remodle and lowered our interest rate. The loan closed quick.

We actually talked to three lenders prior to Stacia, but we ended up not liking any of them. Nobody seemed to really have energy and time for us.
