I'm not really good at writing reviews but I feel I owe one here. I was a bit nervous being a first time home buyer so I'm not a person that's going to trust easy but Stacia definitely made me feel comfortable with decision making. Stacia is amazing and super friendly. For buying a house for the first time, refinancing, and consolidating debit she is the best 100% Stacia breaks it down for however you need to understand what is going on and what needs to be done. I seriously had no clue how much work went into doing all of this but she made that dizzying paper work simple and clean with no hidden fees or surprises. She helped my husband and I in 2016 and now in 2020 and she still is the fantastic, smart, super friendly person as she was before!
Stacia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond to help me through the process. She is also down to earth and explain things easier to understand. I would highly recommend her with financial needs.
Without Stacia the entire deal would not have gone through. She did it in the nick of time and was very informative, quick, and on point. Stacia helped us recently with a refi and I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. She got us a great rate, battled to get an appraisal error corrected and was extremely responsive throughout. Give her a call, you can thank me later.
