Without Stacia the entire deal would not have gone through. She did it in the nick of time and was very informative, quick, and on point. I have already recommended her to multiple friends for their sticky mortgage needs. I'm 100% convinced she can literally do anything you need. I was told by EVERYONE I was not going to get any of this to go through, but she made it happen. She will be the only one I work with from now on. Thank GOD for Stacia!
Stacia helped us recently with a refi and I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. She got us a great rate, battled to get an appraisal error corrected and was extremely responsive throughout. Give her a call, you can thank me later.
