StaxUP staff have been nothing but top quality. Especially Hector was Very informational and very helpful. He went above and beyond helping through the process. Can't be more happier dealing with StaxUP.

Rented a unit this morning but I am unable to get in, because no one is in the office. I have called many times, but no one answered. I even call the corporate but no one answered. Not even a call back, Don't waste your time with this place!

The person working here the day I came was a joke and should 100% not be working there. My uhaul broke down the day before, waited 5hrs for a tow. Uhaul said to come here for a replacement. Gave me an equipment number and everything. When i showed up, even though they had the truck, the clerk said he didn't know how to give me the replacement. I wish there was a 0 star, to anyone looking for a storage place, let me warn you.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! We had our trailer, stolen on the 23 of this month (December) but didn't get notified till the 26th, apparently about 3 trailers got stolen that day... in plain daylight.... with no one hearing a thing, ok, but yet you need a code to get in.... so they say they have the best cameras, but cant show me the surveillance until they request the videos.... ummm seriously?!!! Unfortunately, it did occur at a different StaxUP facility and the matter has been turned over to the police. The theft occurred after 6PM and the office was closed. StaxUP Management is fully cooperating with the police and has provided video surveillance footage of the incident. We cannot comment further on this ongoing investigation.
