I've been here 3x in the past week because it's close to my house and I am moving. Twice the front door was locked while an associate was inside. The packing products are inflated in price. The wait to actually check out was excessive all 3 times. This location needs another sales associate. In the time that I sat and waited to check out, I could have gone to uhaul up the street and bought my items for less and been home quicker. A self checkout here might be a good idea. Eye roll.

About a month ago they had a break in. Ok crap happens. But it was the fact that they did not really care. We had 1,000 of damage done to our truck. A few other people had their trailers broken into and things taken. I asked if they would at least not charge us rent for the month since they were not able to safely store our stuff. The said no we are not responsible. I was not asking them to pay my $1,000 deductible just not charge me rent for that month. I let that one slide and forget about it. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They will rip you off and break ins happen to autos and RV's. They will swear they have emailed you a bill, and NEVER do. They want those late fees. MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL!!!!! There never onsite when needed. Do not return phone calls. Just a horrible experience overall. So disappointed!

Fantastic customer service,Mark was super friendly and very helpful in getting me the right size unit for all my belongings!!! Location is clean & secure definitely a great storage facility!!!Highly recommended!!! Thanks again Mark for all of your help!!
