I've rented a trailer from them 2 times to help with moving and both times they were great. Check in was quick and the trailer was brand new plus I was able to drop off after hours quick and easily. If in need of a uhaul this is the place to go!

Very odd business practice of locking the doors for several hours during business hours. One use to freely see staff members on break or lunch so they put tinted the windows.

I had a 1:30 appointment to pick up a u haul trailer and they went to a 2 hour lunch and said they will not be back until 3 and the they have a sign that says uhaul closes at 4. I will never rent from them again.

Hi Christopher, I never heard back after messaging you. We are sorry about your experience. I looked into it and have some updates for you. The first confusion is that your reservation was for Sun City Mini Storage (the facility next door), not our location. I contacted Uhaul and found the reservation on file. They have a sign that says they close uhaul at 4pm. Ours says we close at 4:30pm. This confusion happens too often as we are both uhaul dealers. Slow and terrible service. Go down the street and rent a Uhaul truck. This place has terrible customer service and has no motivation to move customers. There are other Uhaul stores near by that are able to get you in and out.

I've been here 3x in the past week because it's close to my house and I am moving. Twice the front door was locked while an associate was inside. The packing products are inflated in price. The wait to actually check out was excessive all 3 times. This location needs another sales associate. In the time that I sat and waited to check out, I could have gone to uhaul up the street and bought my items for less and been home quicker. A self checkout here might be a good idea. Eye roll.
