I wish there was a 0 star, to anyone looking for a storage place, let me warn you.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! We had our trailer, stolen on the 23 of this month (December) but didn't get notified till the 26th, apparently about 3 trailers got stolen that day... in plain daylight.... with no one hearing a thing, ok, but yet you need a code to get in.... so they say they have the best cameras, but cant show me the surveillance until they request the videos.... ummm seriously?!!! Unfortunately, it did occur at a different StaxUP facility and the matter has been turned over to the police. The theft occurred after 6PM and the office was closed. If you want the best service I would go to Holland location in Sun City and ask for Nick. After ridiculous poor service and attitude at Menifee Holland location on Saturday, Nick at sun city saved our day. After placing a reservation on line for a trailer and purchase of a hitch receiver and ball we showed at our reservation Menifee/ Holland said we were out of luck with receiver even though we confirmed one on line. Forget about the 50% off first month Yelp deal advertised here. I was told it would not be honored because there is only one unit left. Hmm, so since they aren't hurting for business, they can provide false advertisement and get away with it? Not sure how that business practice works out for them, but I guess they feel good about it.

This is our first time renting a UHaul Motorcycle Trailer. Nick was the one that had helped us out, he made this experience a very nice one, very friendly, goes over and above to help you out. Thank you so much! See you next time
We had our trailer broken into on Christmas Eve at 2 am... we were not notified until 3 pm.. us along with 20 other trailers/motorhomes. Against our better judgment and mostly because of convenience we continued to store our trailer there. And today we arrive (2/14) to find our batteries stolen. This place literally sucks. Do not store anything you value here. And the gates are always having problems. Spend a little more $$ for a "safer" storage!
I've been using this place twice per year for my business for over 10 years. Most recently I received excellent service from Nick. He is on the ball and this business is lucky to have him. I'm super happy with his performance.
I tried reserving a truck online, it wouldn't let me reserve a truck. I called the location, it kicked me to a general number and the reps phone didn't work so it dropped the call and she never called back. So, I went in to the Stax up location in person, they said they were having trouble with the system as well so I needed to to another site miles away (I know u-haul charges per mile!). I went in yesterday to pick up a U-Haul rental I had reserved yesterday and not only was my rental unavailable but the dolly I had asked for was also unavailable. I know things happen so I'm patiently waiting as it took the Him 4 truck rental attempts and 3 calls to U-Haul to finally rent me a truck. Later in the evening I noticed I had been charged double so I called the store to let them know if the issue.
