Greeted outside as I was getting out of my car and turned over to the service man handling my account. Very efficient and great follow up. Regular text updates of the progress and notification of completion.

Joseph reviewed my last visit and discussed the listed recommended maintenance - which we added to my 60,000 mile service. When the mechanic observed abnormal tire wear, Joseph called me quickly to get an alignment added to the maintenance and my car was ready ahead of anticipated pickup time. Joseph reviewed the service ticket with me before I departed.
Service was completed at a prompt and reasonable amount of time.
