shouldn't have taken as long as it did
Not happy with the service dept at Steve White VW. I have always brought this car in for scheduled maintenance. Last year they told me no rotation was needed on the tires. This year they said I needed new tire due to lack of rotation being performed. WHAT!?!? Tried to sell me &400 worth of new tire on a car with less than 30K miles on it. Won't be back...

Very poor! Told me they washed it and it look like rinsed off! Got the 20k service done was supposed to do a lot of things that would take a half day like lubing hinges etc. call them to check on fault code a hour later and they told me car was finished setting out front serviced and clean!!!! Lol I payed $516 for less than a hour of service
My golf was taken here to do a calibration on my new sensor. Didnt work when it was returned to me from John Harris body shop. Will need to return. Very disappointed in Steve White.
Horrifying, selling used cars as is junk no price negotiating. Rude sales manager! They will not even service car before sale.
i went to look at a vehicle and no one came to assist me in looking at the truck i did not see anyone to help so i went somewhere else
Made appointment to go get 2 parts replaced on car that were defective and they did not have in stock previously. Was told they had received them, but when I arrived they had ordered one incorrectly and now I have to make a second appointment which is inconvenient since I live out of town.
I didnt like it the way the did the service in the car
